Our journey with DeezBeanz has been a remarkable learning experience, allowing us to cultivate and refine the skills we now offer to our clients.
Our involvement with DeezBeanz spanned the entire startup lifecycle, from initial product design and creation to efficient delegation and sourcing from multiple vendors and outsourced talent. We meticulously assembled a team of five talented women, matching their roles with precision using personality assessments such as the Big Five Aspects and DISC tests.
To streamline operations and enhance productivity, we implemented custom systems and automated communication channels. Leveraging tools like Asana, Google Docs, Zapier, Mailchimp, Typeform, Excel, Canva, Square, GoDaddy Website Builder, and Calendly, we successfully saved the team up to 15 hours each week.
Our SEO optimization efforts were equally impactful, boosting website searchability by an impressive 30%. Today, DeezBeanz stands as a top search result in its niche on LinkedIn, thanks to our meticulous SEO implementation.

The goal of this fundraiser was for it to be automated as much as possible. We set up a jotform ordering link for fundraisers to use that was tailored to their brand. The order forms at the end of the fundraisers could be easily sent to the local coffee roaster with their custom label.
We realized we could tap into all types of different markets with this idea and made designs for weddings, grand openings for businesses, and wedding favors.
